  Since relocating to Las Vegas from Los Angeles, I’ve had the pleasure of working with Toni from the very beginning, and I truly cannot say enough wonderful things about her. She is informative, compassionate, dedicated, and dependable in every sense of the word. We all go through difficult seasons where it’s hard to even get out of bed, but Toni continues to show up and give her absolute best every single day. I’ve seen her early in the mornings and late into the evenings, and even when she’s clearly exhausted, she still greets people with kindness, professionalism, and a smile. No matter how she may feel personally, she consistently provides thoughtful recommendations and outstanding service. There were days when I simply needed someone to talk to, and Toni was there. She is not only an exceptional employee, but also a genuinely caring and remarkable person. Her dedication and character truly make a lasting impact.

  I regularly shop at SLV, today was a particularly busy day this afternoon. Everyone was getting yelled at, there was a super long line, both in the front and the back. You could tell that staffing was strenuous and making it difficult for the bud tenders, the cashiers and quite honestly, the front too. There was one staff member who definitely stuck out to me, which was Randy. He was the only cashier that Began each transaction with gratitude for patience, which I think says a lot. He did not seem phased by anyone being rude to him. He had a great attitude, no matter what customer was in front of him. I was impressed with how customer solution focused he was, both for me, and the other customers he helped while I was there.Thank you, Randy! I look forward to seeing you on another Sunday that I’m there.

  Will killed it and helped us out so well. He was a brilliant sales man and got us to spend way more than we thought. You guys need to let him do marketing

  I used to shop here but last time the guy forgot 1 full ounce from my order. When I asked them to look in to it I got no answer. Good thing deep roots is closer so never going here again.

  Was coming here for a few months and I always order ahead—but the last few visits it’s been absolutely nonsensical to be standing in a line with ppl who haven’t placed an order ahead of time that still must shop when pickup order are literally sitting waiting ready and you have more than one staff working the register. Why not have a line where ppl must shop and a line for online pickups???? You’re quite literally the only dispensary that has ZERO incentive for ordering ahead. I stood in line for line for 30 minutes. Not to mention, when I got in line there were 12 ppl in line. I watched more than 2 employees clock out and leave after more ppl joined the line? What sort of customer service is that? The manager couldn’t get one person to stay and get the line down since it wrapped around and was almost out the door????? Won’t be back. There’s plenty of other places that will literally get you in and out with or without ordering ahead. I’ll never do that again.
