- JAJerrilyn Andrews4 days ago2.0Very misleading. The eye exam went well but picking glasses was disappointing. I was told that I couldn’t get any glasses because the part of the appointment does not take my insurance because they are not an official optometrist office. They only sell glasses and they can’t bill for the prescription and I would have to go to an official eye doctors office to get my glasses. I was disappointed because I wanted to use my insurance. Which I was told they don’t take my insurance. What or who were they billing in my past exams?!? Nothing makes sense anymore and they are making things more complicated than it should be. I’m totally not satisfied! I won’t be using Target optical again!

They helped us pick out the best choice for my daughter and I, 2 separate times in 2 weeks. The last time, even getting a box filled with frames that wasn't put out yet when I couldn't find a pair that I was happy with. They were patient and so very nice! I'm glad I found a new eye Dr after changing jobs/insurance. Thank you!
