You guys constantly hang up on people without even so much as a hello, claim you can't find our insurance on file, even though I provided it to you verbally and through the portal and then try to charge me $100 for an exam when my copay is $10.

I was told I'd get a call back yesterday to confirm coverage. I never did. When I called, they said I didn't have insurance. Then she said it was $100. This was after I provided all my info for the third time. My copay is $10. I know what my coverage is. I've been giving these people my business for years but they've lost a client permanently after this crap. I called another place who was able to pull it up without issue and they didn't try to overcharge me.
