  The secretary runs her mouth too much but I examiner the lady that shows you the glasses after everything is done is really rude I would not recommend your site to anybody because at the end of the day I've never seen people so unprofessional in my life and I still have not picked up my glasses thank you

  I was impressed with the professionalism of your associate Namya at your facility at 9460 W. Flamingo Rd. Las Vegas, NV. Her caring and concern prompted a new, precautionary eye exam, which resulted in a minor change of an earlier prescription. We still could be in a state of confusion if Namya had not been such a responsible peron.

  I had a mixed experience at Pearle Vision - N. Rainbow. I recently received an eye treatment that involves gel and a small electronic device around the eye area. During my first visit, the staff member who performed the treatment was excellent. She clearly knew what she was doing, and I noticed a positive difference afterward. Unfortunately, my second and third experiences were very different. At my most recent appointment, I explained to the technician that I wanted someone experienced because I had concerns about how the previous treatment was performed. He assured me everything was fine, but then a trainee came in to perform the procedure while he left the room. I felt this was unprofessional, especially after I had already expressed my concerns. The trainee seemed unsure of the process and applied too much gel, which made the treatment uncomfortable. I tried to explain my concerns during the procedure, but it still was not done correctly. I believe this is a management and training issue. Patients should be informed when a trainee will be performing a procedure and should have the option to request a more experienced staff member. On a positive note, the lady with curly hair who works in the eyeglasses department was very professional, friendly, and helpful. She provided excellent customer service, and I truly appreciated her assistance. I hope management takes patient concerns seriously and provides additional training to ensure a consistent experience for all patients.

  Best eye clinic in town after living in Vegas for 10+ years. Reservation was super easy, front desk were friendly and welcoming. I want to shout out to Dr. Amy Hitzeman as she was super patient and knowledgable when explaining cataract with my mom. My mom took her advice and did cataract surgery for both eyes, now she can see clearly. After the surgery, we came back to Pearle Vision for a new pair of reading glasses, and we were lucky enough to meet Nasim, who was super caring and guided my mom every step of the way as she was choosing her frames even when it was almost close to the end of the day. I also appreciate how this shop offers some designer-style frames at affordable prices and they don't push you to those out-of-pocket luxury brands. Overall 10/10 recommend this place and we will definitely come back!

  I’ve been coming here since 2020, and I honestly can’t say enough good things about this office. Everyone is always so kind, welcoming, and helpful. They take the time to answer questions and make you feel comfortable instead of rushing you through your appointment. A special shoutout to Namya, who is my absolute favorite! She is always so friendly, caring, and professional, and she truly goes above and beyond to make every visit a great experience. On my most recent visit, they even gave me complimentary sunglasses and lenses, which was such a thoughtful surprise.
