  Had an appt for contact lenses. Everything went smoothly until the training part. The fit was comfortable and then the dr said a tech would be in to make sure I pass training real quick on how to insert and remove the contacts on my own. Once I pass training, they would give me a pair of contacts until the rest of my order arrived. When the tech came back, she said I’d have to reschedule to come back for training another day because they’re short staffed. I was a bit irritated that I waited that long after both the eye exam and the contact lens fitting to be told to come back again. They weren’t able to get me in until the following week.

  Store was very nice and tidy. Everyone was so nice and helpful. Tavia did an excellent job for my first eye exam. And the Doctor was very informative. Highly recommended.

  I am following Ms. Amy Hitzeman, OD, since she worked at the office on Sahara and Cimaron. I have Glaucoma, and I have been impressed with Ms Hitzenan experience, knowkedge and more than that her PATIENCE, to find for me the best lenses for my eyes. I do recommend her with all my heart to everybody who needs to see better. Thank you Pearl Vision.

  Every year there is always an issue with them saying they can’t view my benefits. That is why I always call to make my appointments. I always verify what my copayment would be with their insurance department and I always get told my co-pay would be $35 when I get to my actual appointment, it’s always something new. They always wanna charge me the full price without insurance or tell me to come back at another time. I’ve never had a good experience here there’s always an issue. This time that you said that they couldn’t review my benefits because a different provider had authorization mind you and they told me to go see a real ophthalmologist to get a second opinion on glaucoma that I don’t have. My husband was able to see them and get his exam done two months ago so I don’t know what the issue is if we’re both on the same insurance policy.
