  Wait time was relatively short. Technician and doctor were thorough regarding my eye history. Glass fitting tech helped me stay within affordable budget.

  Still waiting on my trial contacts, it’s been weeks. They wanted me to buy a full year supply without even getting my trials in. Wanted me to pay over $500 for my contacts. Tried changing the prices of eye fitting 3 different times. Had to get the manager involved to give us the correct pricing. Just an absolute joke to waste your time to come here. Will be calling in a few hours to discuss why I have still yet to receive my trial contacts even tho I paid over a $100 for the contact fitting, something again you guys have yet to do. They still have my contact prescription and has yet to release it to me. Again just don’t waste your time here. Better luck at Walmart honestly.

  I was greeted by Samantha and when I knew her name she seemed genuinely surprised. Since day one of my coming to Pearle she has always treated me and other customers with respect and kindness. Xiang, the young lady that worked with me on finding two pair of glasses was very efficient and competent. The cost of my glasses has skyrocketed, but that is not her fault and I treated her with respect for helping me find the best deal possible.

  The doctor and the staff member who helped me were pleasant and professional. My disappointment was with the office manager. I purchased over $500 worth of a 6-month supply of contact lenses, but the order would not arrive before my upcoming 3-week overseas trip. I asked whether a small number of sample lenses could be provided to cover the short gap until my order arrived, and the request was denied. I understand offices may have policies, but given the size of the purchase and travel circumstances, I felt there could have been more flexibility and customer care.

  It was okay but the first girl who took me in had a little bit of attitude and I gave her right back to her and then I went to sit in the lobby to wait to be called to see the doctor and she had talked to one of her co-workers so the other girl brought me back to the room and finished checking me in so I didn't appreciate that this first time I've ever had a problem at that rampart location
