  I had had great visits here since moving to Vegas. 2 years ago after a car accident one of the Dr's took his time with me to hear concerns and referred me to a specialist to care for my right eye. Recently I saw dr wells and she was great, along with the staff. I was interested in contacts after wearing glasses for 12 years. She took time to ensure I was comfortable with the change and the staff helped place them then taught me how to remove and replace them. They also gave me pediatric eye drs for my 3yr old for routine care. Thanks so much to the staff and providers!

  It was a basic eye exam. I go every year. I guess it’s new technology or something but the exam is done differently every year. Friendly staff and it took less then an hour.

  Had a really great experience with the doctor and the staff who handled the testing portion of the exam. Everyone was kind, professional, patient, and made the actual eye exam process smooth and comfortable. The doctor was thorough and took time to explain everything clearly, which I truly appreciated. Unfortunately, the experience completely changed once we moved to the glasses portion afterward. The sales associate we worked with came across extremely pushy and more focused on making a sale than actually helping us understand our options. It felt very ‘car salesman’ pressured rather than customer-focused, and honestly made both my friend and me uncomfortable enough that we decided to leave and go to LensCrafters instead. What was especially frustrating is that once we got to LensCrafters, we discovered I had far more insurance-covered options than were ever explained or offered to me at Pearle Vision. That was disappointing because I would have preferred to complete everything in one place after such a positive experience with the medical staff. The doctor and exam staff absolutely deserve 5 stars. I just hope management addresses the sales experience because it really overshadowed an otherwise excellent visit.

  would give this office a 0 stars. I see Dr Wells at this office and the Doctor is amazing. Cannot say the same for the staff and their leadership. Been going there for a couple of years and deal with the rudeness because I like seeing Dr Wells. I have referred five of my closest friends to this doctor. Dr Wells sees me for contacts. Today I asked the front desk if I could have one sample for my left eye. It’s been windy in Vegas and I ripped the lens by rubbing my eye. The girl said she could not give me a free sample and that she had checked with her manager and was advised that unless I place a purchase order for my contacts with them they could not give me a free sample. I have bought them there in the past but I let the girl know i did not want to pay out pocket due to their prices for contacts are much higher than Sam’s club, Costco and Target. She repeated that u less I purchase through their office they could not dispense one free sample. People these are free samples companies bring to you at no cost for anyone. Not the manager, not Pearl Vision. THEY ARE FREE to give to patients not for you people to hoard them and let them expire. These pharmaceuticals want you to give them out regardless where the patient buys their product. These sample are not for you to keep. The nerve to say it them here or no FREE sample! We are all trying to save where can but Pearl Vision doesn’t care. I will refer anyone else and will let those five patients I referred the treatment I received and the greediness to keep the FREE samples. I am sad my child and I will no longer see Dr Wells but we will never return to this office.
