  "Don't go here. This place is a money grab. They exaggerate your prescription to sell you glasses, and push add-ons (dilation, lens upgrades) that don't actually deliver what they claim. My son's exam was rushed — while he was reading the letters, the physician kept changing them before he could answer, so he ended up getting the wrong lens. She only checked one lens, even though he clearly couldn't see any of the letters through it. The frames we bought broke the same week they fell apart on his face, no rough handling. If you care about your vision, go somewhere else.

  Did my test Aug 7 !! Got my 2 pair of glasses from them one is only progressive , one is for back up that i can use to play basketball , got both on Aug 14 as they promise !! For getting it done in a week is excellent 😀 thank you Pearle Vision for another pair of glasses 🥇

  Fair. Didn’t like the part that the sensory test was not explained to me that it was optional and it’s $65 out of pocket. These things should be explained and give customers the option to either do it or not. I asked her about it and she acted like she didn’t understand me at all after I said the front only told me $39 + $139 for astigmatism. Like she didn’t tell me it’s up to me if I want to do it or not. It really bothering me how I feel like I got tricked

  I don’t even want to give one star. My appointment was at 9:20 a.m., but my eye exam didn’t start until after 10:00. I arrived at 9:02, so I waited for more than an hour. I wanted to get contact lenses and learn about my options, but the staff member was very pushy and seemed more interested in selling me what she wanted rather than helping me choose what was best for me. After waiting so long, I asked how much longer it would be, and she said, “Five more minutes.” When I sat down, she kicked the rolling chair near her while saying something about patient. It was very rude and made the experience even more unpleasant. The technician and the doctor, however, were both kind and friendly, and I appreciated their professionalism. In the end, the visit took almost three hours for the three of us. To make matters worse, when I got home, I realized they had given my daughter her old prescription instead of the updated one, so I had to drive back to get the correct prescription. Overall, it was a long, stressful, and very disappointing experience.
