  Made my appointment on a Friday for Sunday at 3, did all paperwork online confirmed two different times through text, got there and there was a sign on the door that said they had closed at 2:00. Didn't even receive a call or text saying they were closing early.

  You know I was skeptical on going to Pearle Vision to get glasses for my son but I’m glad I came. The moment I opened the door, I was greeted with a smile from Glen, and asked what he can do for us. Told him that we already have a prescription and just need to get glasses. He was more than happy to assist, but the best thing is that I have Medicaid insurance and usually I’m treated poorly because they automatically know I’m poor and won’t get extra things. Well he still treated me like a top tier customer/patient. Went through what is coveted and not and brought selections for my son to look at. Then I recalled that my son has VSP with his dad and was patient enough with me to gather all the information. I added a bunch of special things to my son’s lenses like blue light filter, anti glare and transitional. The price given at the end was phenomenal. I would advise anyone to go here. He even mentioned to be that i was overdue for a checkup and I almost forgot it. But I’ll be coming back to this location to specifically ask for glen! Thank you for making this easy for me

  Worst place I’ve ever been to for an eye exam. I waited over an hour past my scheduled appointment time before being seen. I understand that delays can happen, but waiting that long with no reasonable explanation or communication was extremely frustrating. I was finally told I would be sent to the exam room, only to wait another 10 minutes after being taken back. The lack of communication and the excessive wait time made this a very disappointing experience. I would not recommend this place.

  Rhonda was so so amazing took her time with my little one. Rhonda hair rocks 💜!!!! Dr. Chen explains the care of the eyes that show you she cares. It was our first time and first impression is everything. And the staff at Pearl Vision pass the test. You can get your glasses quick as in 1-2 days. Brittany knows best!!!!
