  I came to Pearl Vision for my yearly eye exam and I’m really thankful I came to this location. Everyone knew how to do their job and the whole experience was smooth and welcoming. The wait time was also very short, which I really appreciated. The doctor even took a closer image of my eye, which honestly no eye doctor has ever done for me before, so I really appreciated that extra care. Chris was super helpful and professional helping me pick my frames, and he also told me about the special they have right now. For $59.99 I was able to get my progressive polycarbonate lightweight lenses, which I thought was a really good deal. If you stop by, ask for Chris — he’ll definitely know how to help you!

  While Chris was very kind, friendly, and helpful — and even remembered us when we came in — I am extremely disappointed with Pearle Vision overall. First, my glasses frame was broken by your office. Since my original frame was no longer available, I had to spend additional money on a completely different frame. Then, after all of that, the wrong prescription was put into the glasses. When this mistake was discovered, I was assured that a rush would be placed on the correction because I was leaving for a seven-day vacation and needed a backup pair of glasses. Today, when I called for an update, I spoke with Jennifer, who was completely unempathetic and dismissive of the situation. She casually told me a manager would call me on Monday, despite me explaining multiple times that I am leaving Sunday morning for vacation. The lack of urgency, concern, and basic customer service is beyond frustrating. At this point, after multiple mistakes and poor handling of the situation, I want my money refunded. I will take my business elsewhere and purchase frames and lenses from a company that actually values its customers.

  I had a really great experience at Pearl Vision. Chris was incredibly attentive and went above and beyond to help me. He paid close attention to detail and made sure everything was just right. What stood out most was his warmth and understanding especially when I wasn’t fully satisfied with my first eyewear choice. He was patient, supportive, and genuinely cared about helping me find something I felt confident in. I truly appreciated the level of service and would definitely recommend asking for Chris!
