  Nikko did a great job with customer service! I came in, told him what my problem was, and he didn't hesitate to come up with a solution. Not to mention, he was not pushy at all, which is a plus. Great example of salesmanship!

  Great group of people at this location; from check in to check out. Iris was great and attentive. Made the check in process a smooth transition for my new adult. Jessica was over the top awesome. Answered every question my new adult had. Clarified and broke down any confusion encountered. We left with new found information regarding the whole process. We will return and recommend this location.

  I went in for my appointment at 9am and did not get called back until 9:30. I asked what was taking so long and was told that 6 people was scheduled at 9am and then I was told that the system scheduled these appointments but seemingly a live human person scheduled my appointment over the phone so the math ain’t mathing. Whatever…a family of 4 was scheduled along with another person and myself. I was overly annoyed at this point. Apparently, their systems don’t cross over which is funny as I see the other Pearl Vision at another location but I know better. Some of my info was not documented of course and my insurance card was not on file as my insurance has never changed not even the numbers. Needless to say, my overall experience was not great from start to finish. I over heard the receptionist tell another customer “THANK YOU FOR FILLING OUT THE PAPERWORK ONLINE” which I did as well and never got told that. I also seen some customers being treated like royalty and others were treated like peasants. I like my other location best. If I could give this location zero stars I would. Never going back to this location!
