  The wait time was long. My appointment was at 9:50 I didn't get in a room till 11 and still had to wait on the doctor. I left the off at 11:40. They had booked so, many appointments on to of each other there was no where' to sit. They also only had one room to do all the test that were done by the machines. I was at one machine and they had a little boy on another machine in the same room🤦🤦🤦.

  I was very happy with the service there and Alicia was very pleasant helping me pick out glasses and my new sunglasses she got me no lines glasses and got me sunglasses that were prescription with lines she explained every thing about the 2 new pair of glasses I had a very nice pleasant experience at Pearl Vision. The girls were all nice and the Dr was easy to talk to

  It has been a month since took my daughters to get their eyes check and I’ve been sitting on this for a while because I didn’t want to cause any issues. Honestly I wanted to write this review to mostly inform the doctors. Before the doctor was able to see my kids, which she as GREAT, I had to do some paper work which wasn’t the issue. I was asked if I wanted to scan for to check the back of the eye test I said yes at first but then informed the male receptionist that I was unable to pay for both children just one because it would have been $80 for both. He said that’s fine and even offered a payment plan, which thank you so much absolute sweet heart, then I changed my mind because even after I pay for 1 exam I would still have to pay $95 for their glasses which I would rather do that instead. My someone close to me informed me that the test was not necessary at the time and they can always do it later. I went up to receptionist desk and told them that I no longer need the test and that I have changed my mind then the manager Alicia said “well that’s disappointing” and that was kind of rude? I didn’t say anything rude back or rebuttal with negativity I simply explained that I was told that they didn’t need it right now and I’m literally BROKE. I even asked myself if it was disappointing because I can’t afford it? Everyone else was also shocked by that comment and didn’t say anything WHICH I DON’T BLAME because that comment was outrageously unnecessary. The male receptionist, again absolute sweetheart, cut the tense by telling me that I could talk to the doctor about it when I meet her. I said “okay!” And thanked him! Everyone else was absolutely amazing and helpful. They understood my situation. They literally saw me struggling with my infant and tried to help. I understand intrusive thoughts win my kids, 5 and 10, always let theirs win but I have to come back to this location for and to say something like that not knowing my situation is a bit dehumanizing. The other staff was great and so were the doctors due to them this location is great.

  Marina was INCREDIBLE! She provided customer service that was above and beyond and that has been rare since living in Vegas. She answered questions and even found an issue with a previous visit. She inquired on my behalf, got clarity as to what she could do and rectified an issue I had questions about but truly never knew existed. She is a problem solver, took initiative, and set a precedent example of care, concern and commitment to be exemplary as a Pearle Vision employee. :) Thank you, Marina!
