- LKLee Khan3 days ago1.0Horrible service from store manager lady with red curly hair. The store used to be inside Meadows Mall where my elderly parents got $700 stolen by one of their sales persons. They denied it and since no cameras present nothing could be. Look elsewhere for eyewear. Reds.
- KFKatelyn Fountain5 days ago5.0Everything was great up until the very end when I was speaking to the woman about what I wanted on my daughter's glasses. As far as reflective coating transition stuff like that. I told her I do not want the reflective coating. Because after a while it starts to peel off, she immediately snapped with an attitude and tells me it doesn't peel off and then proceeded to look into my file to see if I have the reflective coating on my glasses now. And then looks at me with a big smirk, and tells me, you don't have it on your glasses. I feel like I feel like she was pretty rude. And should not be working with the public If that's how she's going to act. Because someone doesn't want something or didn't work out for them. When they had previously had it

They had a little issue trying to figure out my son’s insurance, and trying to process it. My son was bored and restless during the whole process which made his testing a little difficult. They had another patient waiting in the testing room with us which some privacy would have been nice. They said he had good eye sight yet pressed us on getting a pair of glasses. They had an offer for 50$ frames but the prescription to put them in was 200$. So I was little confused on way they said he had good vision then offered glasses.
