  Such a friendly greeting by the staff when I arrived. The technician who did the tests and exam was a doll. Great sense humor. Dr was so engaging and personable. Then the gentleman Kris that helped me choose my frames and lenses was delightful and helpful. Thankful to the entire staff from the moment I walked in. I would highly recommend!!!

  On Friday afternoon I accidentally dropped my glasses and broke the frame. I was devastated......it was like I had lost my best friend. At 9 am Saturday morning June 13 I visited the Pearle Vision store on west Sahara and met a very nice man (I don't know his name) and showed him my glasses and asked him if he could help me. He gave me a few options ( that didn't involve Pearl Vision) but suggested that I probably should get new frames with my old lenses. He viewed my past history and my insurance and came up with a very reasonable plan to purchase new frames and he had my new glasses ready in less than 15 minutes. I couldn't be more happy!!

  I've never had a better experience than at Pearle vision on Sahara. The staff took care of me from start to finish. Everyone was helpful and kind. There was even customer appreciation going on and I received a free lunch. Thanks to everyone for making my eye care an easy and fun time. I will only be going to Pearle vision for all my eye care needs.

  This location will pressure into paying for an optional retinal exam, otherwise you undergo dilation. I also encountered attempts to charge additional fees for optional services presented as mandatory. Today’s interaction was unacceptable as well as unprofessional behavior when I declined the retinal exam. I would like this complaint to be reviewed by management and letting you know that it will be escalated to the appropriate regulatory and patient-relations department. I also ask that staff be reminded to clearly explain optional services and obtain informed consent without pressure or intimidation.

  At this location patients are being pressured into purchasing an optional test (retinal exam) by telling you that refusing it will result in a dilating your pupils only to make your glasses. In my view, this is misleading and inappropriate. On June 11, 2026, at approximately 10:40 a.m., I was told by the receptionist that “the doctor will need to dilate your pupils if you refuse this test; she will only perform the exam without dilation if you take the test.” The test in question was a retinal exam that, according to the paperwork provided, is optional. I asked why this was being presented as mandatory when my previous visits were different and the paperwork explicitly states that patients may decline the retinal exam. The receptionist responded, “This is a different doctor.” This is not my first concern with this location. In a prior visit, I was charged extra for an exam resulted in fully covered by my insurance. During another visit, I experienced dismissive and rude treatment from the doctor after declining the retinal exam. Today’s experience, however, was the most troubling because it appeared to cross professional and ethical boundaries. I request that this matter be reviewed and that appropriate action be taken to ensure patients are clearly informed about optional tests and are not pressured into additional charges or procedures.
