- JCJing C4 days ago5.0I found this eyeglass repair shop on Google Maps on the spur of the moment today. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted warmly by the receptionist; although my English isn't very good, they listened patiently to what I needed. A staff member quickly came over and resolved the issue for us. The shop was clean and tidy, and the staff were friendly—I will definitely visit again.

After my eye exam, they told me my lenses would be ready in about two weeks and that they would call me when my lenses were ready. However, after three weeks, I still hadn’t heard anything. I finally called to check, only to find out that they had simply forgotten about my order and hadn’t even made the lenses. The lenses finally arrived a week later. The manager helped me choose a pair of Gucci frames, but when I put on the new glasses, I found that the temples were too long. Whenever I looked down, the glasses would slide down my face. I asked the manager to help adjust the glasses. She said that the store couldn’t adjust the temples and that I would just have to live with it. After some back and forth, she finally found a technician who was able to adjust the glasses. Overall, the technician was good, but the manager’s attitude and the store’s handling of my order were very disappointing.

Also Dr.Quy-Anh Le-Huynh was so sweet and made me feel very comfortable! Thank you! Ladies at the front seat super nice as well!
