My options were to either drive to another location to ask for one or come back tomorrow. On top of that, I’m a newlywed and asked to update my name and insurance. Two employees stood in front of me discussing that they didn’t know how to do it while giggling instead of helping. Overall, it was a disappointing experience. No glasses case, no assistance updating my information, and no real solution offered
