  Taking two stars off because their frames seem cheap and this 2nd pair broke on me within 3 weeks, about the same amount of time as last year's pair! So disappointed. My Zenni Optical pair from 5 years ago is still going strong, thank goodness. Pearle Vision didn't allow me a replacement on either. I'm not giving them 3rd chance. Going somewhere else next time or I'll go back here for just my prescription ( actually don't wanna update it if I don't have to, and get glasses at Zenni (online). They get stars for being very helpful when I'm there, their hands are tied on the strict policy-- the company needs to either stop offering cheap breakable frames ( which were not actually cheap) or have a return policy ( the useless insurance is $59 bucks!).

  I had great service; however when it comes to my glasses that’s another story entirely! I was not happy at all when they came in. I went in to speak with the Manager, she was very nice. But apparently my issue with the glasses now needed a change which cost me an additional $59.99. I received them and have Not been happy with them from day 1! Very disappointed as I have Never had an experience like this where I couldn’t see right in them! In total cost me- not insurance: almost $400!!! Very disappointed is all I can say!
