  Dr. Ward is an amazing doctor!! He is always very knowledgeable, kind and explains everything! Staff us always nice, friendly and professional. I would not trust anyone else with my vision.

  On time appt. All techs were polite and very friendly . Dr Ward explained all the details in easy terms. Thank you all for a very pleasant experience.

  Extremely professional and friendly staff. Dr. Ward was very open to questions and helpful. Bonus...I got to see a cool picture of the back of my eye. I definitely recommend this team.

  Visit was on 28 April 2026 appointment with Dr. Chris Wu. He is very welcoming and gives comfort. His demeanor on the explanation of the visit and procedures done is well understood. I love, trust and believe that he has provided the best care I needed. If needed I will continue with my visits under his care. The staff in the clinic are welcoming and friendly as well.. After my procedures with Dr. Wu, I was taken to the appointment desk to finish my check out, I wasn't able to see due to my procedures and was escorted, hand held and directed by two staff members to the appointment desk and then out to my transportation vehicle. I am very pleased with this service. I personally want to give thanks to everyone in the clinic. Thank you Nevada Retina (Smike Ranch location) for all the excellent service that you all are providing. God bless everyone there, I love you From: Ms. Ruth Mendiola

  Dr Wu is always on time...very knowledgeable. He takes the time to explain the problem & what can be done to help your vision. Wouldn't t6rade him for any other Retina specialist.Gave me literature to read & make my decision. The decision is ours as the patient.I will make a decision shortly with the information I read. But I will discuss it with Dr Wu & then make my final decision.That's how much I trust his input in my case & decision.
