  Everyone was great, the eye doctor was awesome, she was very very good with each of us, she didn't force you into buying new glasses 😀, are having eye surgery, l really appreciate that, l no one day l will need it, but , thanks for not ruining me, stay as you are you're great, n l like the new look, it was very pleasant 😀 👍 😊

  I had an excellent experience at Nevada Eye Care! From the moment I walked in, everyone was friendly, helpful, and efficient. Dr. Jones was outstanding—professional, thorough, and took the time to answer all of my questions, making me feel comfortable throughout my visit. Howard was also incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. He went above and beyond to ensure I understood everything and provided exceptional customer service. The entire staff made the experience smooth and pleasant. I highly recommend Nevada Eye Care to anyone looking for quality eye care and outstanding customer service!

  Dr. Smedley and Shazam was amazing! This is peak customer service. I’m glad to have found a business that really takes pride in the customers. I was also able to be used as a training resource for one of the newer employees which is always a blessing. 5 stars across the board.

  Nothing short of A-mazing service even with a slight interruption (someone had an emergency.) They took me as a last-minute walk-in with Dr. Smedley. He did a quick but thorough exam, and I was able to get my contact prescription for way cheaper and faster compared to other places I had been. I will definitely be a returning patient.

  Excellent patient service from reception, to eye exam and optician. Each person excelled in the expertise. The Doctor was thorough and receptive to inquiries. The optician was experienced and informative with the challenging process of choosing proper and stylish glasses.
