All of the staff were very friendly, welcoming, and took great care of me, so I have nothing negative to say about the employees themselves. That being said, the overall experience felt very “big corporate chain” to me. Everything seemed a little rushed and impersonal, and I left feeling disappointed with the experience as a whole. I also felt that the selection of frames was surprisingly limited and had a hard time finding anything I really liked. While I really appreciated how kind and helpful the staff were, I personally prefer a more thorough and personalized experience when it comes to my eye care and choosing glasses.
