The first tech who called me back didn’t talk or smile once throughout the tests he performed which made things very awkward. Why I am giving one star is because of Dr. Patel. I have really bad scoliosis and a large chest that made it hard to fit my head into their machine. I told him I have scoliosis as I was trying and his response was to tell me that scoliosis doesn’t correlate to eyes… duh. He paused during a test to talk so I took that as a chance to adjust my back which he then raised his voice telling me he’s not done. I told him sorry I just need to adjust and he snapped back “do the best you can”. Mind you this was not a test that I had to remain still for while it scanned my eyes or something. I was just looking at different slides. He then told me my eye sight is almost perfect… which no it’s not. I already have a prescription that is very helpful and was told by my other doctor that I need to wear them constantly. I suggest going to a place that isn’t like “lens crafters”. He also stared at my chest multiple times while I was talking to him after the tests had finished, which made me very uncomfortable. I ended up walking out. Just pay the extra money and go to a good doctor.
