The staff member who assisted me was excellent—very knowledgeable, helpful, and took great care of me throughout the process. The office was clean, the location was convenient, the doctor was great, and everyone I interacted with was friendly and professional. The only reason I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 is due to the communication regarding my glasses order. Since I walk for transportation, making extra trips can be difficult. I spent about a week calling to check on the status of my glasses and didn’t receive any calls or emails with updates. When I finally came into the office, I learned that a tracking number was available and could have been provided much earlier. Having that information sooner would have saved me multiple calls and an unnecessary trip. Aside from that issue, my experience was very positive. I hope this feedback helps improve communication for future customers, especially when tracking information is available. Overall, I would still recommend this location and appreciate the excellent service I received.
