Everything was going well while we picked out glasses and prepared to pay. Unfortunately, the experience changed when the asian lady with golden thin glasses who was helping us left for the day and handed us off to another employee. The second associate was hispanic and somehow I feel she was racist toward Asian male. I saw her interact with other hispanic family and she was friendly. But the way she acted toward me and my son was dismissive, and she ignored several of our questions, and spoke to us in a condescending, snobby manner when explaining the charges. I had to repeat my questions multiple times just to get basic answers about the fees. It is frustrating that one employee’s attitude ruined an otherwise great visit. If customer service is not something you are willing to provide, this is not the right job for you.
