Love this plasma center, there's one person in the back that's always loud and singing and takes 10-15 minutes to stick people even after they're seated and have been taken back ( because she's taking to her co workers) when i asked her to finish her side convo after the stick... she got nasty about it, Great sticker, she just needs to learn to stop talking so much. Very unprofessional at times 🩷

Spent my charge to get all the way over there only to be met with a temporary closed sign because they are "at capacity".... Looked in the window and there was no one in the front at all. My days are all messed up now! Super lame!
I have to say whenever I come to this place there is never a huge wait, the longest on the busiest day I ever had to wait to get screened was maybe 30 minutes. The people who poke you with the needle are super nice/sweet and I've never had a bad time here. Plus, first 8 donations are a hundred each, that's better than most places! I give this place 5 stars for good reason! Thanks to KED and all their staff! I'll see you guys all again soon! ^_^

I’ve gotten to know a few of the staff Members little more than the others E My favorite and most definitely ROSIE, SARAH, LEAH AND IRMA a few others I can’t remember their name actually the whole staff is extremely awesome and professional hard-working I would recommend KEDPLASMA By far over any other plasma place in Las Vegas .
I came in some time between 8:30am - 9:30am for my donation. Normally, most of the workers there are great, and I usually have no issues during the whole process. However, unfortunately, this time I experienced the most excruciating pain when I was stuck by (and this is the pronunciation of her name) "Yay-me". She inserted the needle fast, and deep into my arm causing pain that shot through my arm and I cried out in pain with vocal discomfort and expression to say the least. She then proceeded to move it around sideways thinking that would fix the issue, but that made it worse. I had to tell her it was too deep in my arm before she pulled it back a bit to relieve some pressure. Afterwards, in the beginning of the machine withdrawing my blood, and about the 2nd or 3rd round of the machine doing its withdraw, the pain was back again and the flow had stopped. Daniella came over to assist, which she was more pleasant in relieving the pressure and withdrew the needle even more, stating the needle was also in deeper than it needed to be. I informed her about "Yay-me" as well. Needless to say, with "Yay-me" being employed there for a year, she needs an update on her training or be reviewed more by a supervisor. She does not perform her job well and needs to be reviewed. This picture was take at 9:51pm. My inner elbow is STILL TENDER TO THE TOUCH, which has NEVER happened before, ESPECIALLY given its been a 12 hour window period at least since my donation of this morning (June 10th, 2026). And I have been a donor since 2019. I do NOT recommend her and REFUSE to be stuck by her again. I currently have an ice pack at home resting on my arm, hoping the swelling inside goes down and the pain goes away. I hope to have a better and more pleasant experience next time.
