  DO NOT SUPPORT GNC This is what I walked up to today at a GNC location. The store is temporarily closed, but this political sticker was displayed inside a business operating under the GNC name and branding. Let’s be very clear: I’m not interested in debating anyone’s political beliefs. What concerns me is a business displaying a message that can reasonably be perceived as representing the company—especially when this particular location already has numerous concerning customer reviews. GNC has its name all over this location. If corporate allows a GNC-branded store to display this inside its doors, then corporate needs to answer for it. I will be reporting this to GNC corporate, the appropriate business licensing authorities, and the BBB, and I will be requesting a formal investigation into this location and its management. Businesses have every right to operate according to the law—but customers also have every right to speak up when they believe a business is engaging in discriminatory or inappropriate conduct. I took the photo. I’m keeping the documentation. And I’m taking this up the chain.

  I am editing my review on this place on May 20, 2026. I walked in there and I spoke to a person by the name of Juan and I bought an item from there. I asked 1 several questions regarding about the item. All he had to say is he doesn’t know once I bought the item and I took the item. The item did not work on May 25, 2026 at 10 AM. I called the store asked to speak to the Store manager. The girl said the store manager will be there at 2 PM at 2:24 PM. I called another guy picked it up and said they don’t have a store manager that they only have an assistant manager. once I bought the item and I took the item. I asked to speak to the owner well Owner doesn’t even go to the store at all and they sold me an item that did not work and I try to get my money back in which it said 100% money back guarantee which is not even true. Do not go to this place because they don’t know what the hell they’re talking about or selling avoid this place. How can a store be open like this that you don’t even know what you’re selling or promoting so disappointing $90 was a waste of money but it’s OK. I’m gonna call my credit card company and dispute my charges and I will no longer go to this place.

  I strongly advise against shopping at this GNC location. Tonight, I attempted to exchange a product, Optimum Nutrition Whey Protein, at the store. The employee who assisted me on Thursday, January 23, 2025, between 6:00-7:00 PM, immediately refused to follow company policy. She claimed that, as a franchise store, this location was not bound by GNC's corporate policies. I presented her with proof of purchase and the product, both of which were in good condition. Further research revealed that this disregard for corporate policy is a common issue at this particular store. I found documentation from GNC's policy and standards stating that franchisees are legally obligated to adhere to corporate rules, including operational standards, pricing, and return policies. I will be filing a formal complaint with GNC corporate regarding this incident, including recorded proof of the interaction. I urge anyone who has experienced unfair treatment regarding pricing, sales, or return policies at this or any other GNC location to also file a complaint. With prices increasing and service declining, it's crucial to hold companies accountable for their actions.
