  I am editing my review on this place on May 20, 2026. I walked in there and I spoke to a person by the name of Juan and I bought an item from there. I asked 1 several questions regarding about the item. All he had to say is he doesn’t know once I bought the item and I took the item. The item did not work on May 25, 2026 at 10 AM. I called the store asked to speak to the Store manager. The girl said the store manager will be there at 2 PM at 2:24 PM. I called another guy picked it up and said they don’t have a store manager that they only have an assistant manager. once I bought the item and I took the item. The item did not work on May 25, 2026 at 10 AM. I called the store asked to speak to the Store manager. The girl said the store manager will be there at 2 PM at 2:24 PM. I called another guy picked it up and said they don’t have a store manager that they only have an assistant manager or the owner. I asked to speak to the owner well Owner doesn’t even go to the store at all and they sold me an item that did not work and I try to get my money back in which it said 100% money back guarantee which is not even true. Do not go to this place because they don’t know what the hell they’re talking about or selling avoid this place. How can a store be open like this that you don’t even know what you’re selling or promoting so disappointing $90 was a waste of money but it’s OK. I’m gonna call my credit card company and dispute my charges and I will no longer go to this place.

  You can only buy locally at this store. According to GNC customer service, this location is a franchise and will cancel your order for any online to store orders in which there is ANY discount. I've seen the products in store after being canceled from an online to store orders. I'd only recommend this place if you need something immediately. Otherwise I'd just order online and let corporate ship it.

  This particular GNC was exceptionally low on stock. They had hardly anything on the shelves. Staff was super friendly, and knowledgeable. It was a nice store, they just had empty shelves. That's the only reason I give it a 2-star rating because they didn't have any supplies. Hopefully they'll be able to correct that soon.

  I purchased a vitamin , and it was the wrong brand upon going back to the store to do the return , I give the person that was working the receipt and I mentioned to him that the container was not opened . He chose so many reasons and lie to not return it , he was the manager of the store a young white man with short black hair and very bad temper . It was very bad experience
