  I recently visited this GNC location while I was in the area. It is not my usual store, but I stopped in hoping to find my favorite flavor of protein bars that I have been trying to find for weeks and that are also sold out online. I had the pleasure of being assisted by Antonio, and his customer service truly stood out. The item I was looking for was not on the sales floor, but Antonio took the time to check in the back and found the last box for me. I know this may seem like a simple and routine thing, but nowadays it is rare to find store employees who are genuinely willing to go above and beyond to help customers. Antonio was friendly, engaged in conversation, and made me feel genuinely valued as a customer throughout the interaction. I was so impressed with the experience that I will now make it a point to go out of my way to shop at this location in the future. Excellent customer service and great experience overall.

  As another person said, I had placed an order online to pick up in-store and my order was canceled by some bro named Nick (see screenshot) who said he’d rather sell it to me at the store. I wanted a limited time item which wasn’t available to ship, but could be picked up at this location. Guess what, I don’t need this product that bad, so congrats on losing the company some money so you could collect a couple dollars of commission.

  This place has a variety of healthy items whether trying to lose weight or get buff. I came to get shea butter and coconut oil to make body butter.
