⭐⭐⭐⭐ Five-Star Review Exceptional Service, Genuine Compassion, and an Incredible Experience! I cannot say enough wonderful things about Get Around Mobility, especially Tim. I’m currently fighting stage 4 brain cancer, and mobility has become a significant challenge in my everyday life. My electric wheelchair recently stopped working, and I was extremely concerned that I would need to purchase a new one. Today, I visited Get Around Mobility with my young son, hoping someone could help us. From the moment we arrived, Tim was absolutely incredible. He was patient, compassionate, knowledgeable, and genuinely kind. He took his time with me, carefully examined my wheelchair, and figured out exactly what was wrong. Before I knew it, he had my power chair working perfectly again! What I thought might turn into an expensive replacement ended up being a simple fix, thanks to Tim’s expertise and willingness to help. He saved me a tremendous amount of money, time, and unnecessary stress. But what impressed me most wasn’t just his technical knowledge. It was the way he treated me and my son—with genuine kindness, patience, and respect. When you’re battling a serious illness, something as simple as having a working wheelchair can make an enormous difference in your quality of life and independence. Tim understood that, and his compassion meant more to me than he probably realizes. I wholeheartedly recommend Get Around Mobility to anyone who needs mobility equipment, repairs, or simply honest, knowledgeable people who genuinely care about helping others. Tim, thank you for making a difficult situation so much easier. You truly made a difference in my life today, and I’m incredibly grateful. Five stars aren’t enough!

We rented a mobility scooter for my husband. They delivered directly to our hotel and picked up on time as promised. The scooter held its charge and we had no issues with it at all! We’ll definitely rent from them again- fair prices and friendly staff (accommodated us, without questions, when we changed both delivery and pick up times). Taylor was a pleasure to work with.

I had an amazing experience with renting from get around mobility. For my entire trip they were proactive with communication, friendly, and very helpful. They delivered on time and the Power wheelchair that I rented was comfortable and effective. It was even light enough to throw into an Uber to go see shows in town. The pricing was fair and the whole experience gave me the freedom to be able to take this trip.

Overall great experience! I was staying at the Fontainebleau and they delivered on time! When I had to leave, I parked the scooter with the bell desk, and they helped facilitate an easy return! I will definitely use again!
