  I rarely do reviews. But I felt like this one needed it. I have just recently completed cancer treatment, and as a little break, we decided to head to Vegas. I knew I wouldn’t be able to walk much on the strip with the heat and everything so I reached out last minute and they were able to accommodate. They were super nice on the phone and incredibly great with delivery as well as communication both before drop off and pick up. The battery last a really long time even in the heat. The scooter is clean and easy to use. The speed options are great. And the turning radius is great as well. I would highly recommend them! And will probably use them in the future as well.

  Taylor, Nico and Gino were very friendly and helpful. The mobility scooter was delivered to my hotel and Nico showed me how to use and charge it. The scooter was super easy to use, and with my medical issues, there was no way I could have navigated the Strip without it. The company picked up the scooter from my hotel right before I left for the airport. Price was very reasonable. I will definitely use them again!

  The customer service was fantastic, and it was easy to book online, but beware the description online of the scooters "foldable" features and lightweight nature are untrue. If you need one for transportation, there's only one model that will and it has to be taken apart. I was quoted one price for service and then after returning there were unexpected charges added to the rental cost, that were not stated in my original agreement. I'm disappointed in the surprise billing and if it wasn't for that fact would have given 5 stars.

  We are so thankful for the help Get around Mobility Las Vegas gave us during our stay in Las Vegas. We came on vacation in the States from the Netherlands and my brother is in an electric wheelchair. Due to difference in wattage and voltage the wheelchair did not charge. So our 10 day stay in the States looked like it would already end after 1,5 day. What a nightmare. But with the help from Get Around Mobility our vacation was saved. They gave us the right charger so we could charge my brother's wheelchair and did not ask any money for the charger. They saved our vacation. They were so kind and friendly and helpful, it was like a miracle to us. We are so grateful, we will never forget this. Thank you so much.
