  Communists. No other way to describe this operation that is allowed to exist in our community. Can't quit, even if you jump through the hoops they lay out. Do not get sucked in!! What kind of good American does business with neighbors but requires a financial enema before the chain is cut? Should rename the place Pottersville Pilates. It's not a business the, would be, people of Bedford Falls would associate with. Mountains Edge will be better when you leave.

  I was one minute late to a FREE Pilates session—and my reservation was cancelled without an opportunity to rebook, join a shorter session, or even discuss an alternative. My heart is genuinely broken because I have been eagerly searching for the right Pilates community for me. I’ve lived in Mountain’s Edge for more than 13 years, and whenever possible, I intentionally choose to support businesses right here in the community I call home. What disappointed me most was not simply missing a class. It was the complete lack of grace, flexibility, or customer service after I arrived. There could have been an option for a shorter class, a different time, or simply an opportunity to reschedule. Instead, I was turned away. And I have to be honest about how that experience felt. As a Black woman, I cannot ignore the possibility that my skin tone influenced the level of consideration I received. I sincerely hope that wasn’t the case—but when you are treated in a way that feels dismissive and lacking in basic courtesy, you are left questioning why. Supporting local businesses is something I believe in deeply. But shopping local should never mean accepting treatment that makes you feel unappreciated or unwelcome. So, I will take my business—and my Pilates journey—somewhere else, even if it means driving farther. My time, my money, and my presence deserve to be valued and respected. Community should feel like community. And customer service should come with a little grace.💔

  Absolutely disgusting and money-hungry company!! All they care about is getting their money. You try and cancel with a written notice, then they tell you they never received it. They make you go to a link to cancel, then they magically never received it and automatically charge your card again! You should be ashamed for running a company as you do! I will tell all my friends to avoid this place at all costs, otherwise it will cost them!

  Don't sign up! Total scam!! Their general manager Alyssa Saga, is a complete scam artist and won't let people cancel their membership in a reasonable fashion. They make you jump through hoops and then tell you they lost your cancellation form and make you pay for another month. Not to mention, they charge you 15 dollars if you cancel the day of, even when they are stealing $250 a month from you! Avoid at all costs and take your money elsewhere!!!!!!

  I truly never leave such reviews and I loved* all the instructors a lot. I just feel so wronged that this location hasn’t been great at communicating after they overcharged me when forgetting my heroes discount. It’s a small amount, but it’s the principle of the matter and can be significant to someone else so I just wanted to let the public know to never have them charge your card remotely. I only authorized a specific amount and they went over that amount after thinking that sending a quick text message gives them the approval to do so. I mentioned we can even speak to a Regional if that helps expedite a solution and that comment was blatantly disregarded. I simply want a refund for a charge that I didn’t authorize and they are saying that I may be locked in for three months. Thoroughly enjoyed the classes but this ongoing issue has been surprising to say the least.
