  I had an incredibly positive experience with Pharmacist Erika. She went above and beyond to help me navigate ongoing health insurance issues, taking the time to explain everything clearly and patiently. Her professionalism, compassion, and dedication truly stood out, and she made a very stressful situation feel manageable. It’s rare to encounter someone so genuinely helpful and committed to patient cares. I am extremely grateful for her support and excellent service. She deserves the recognition.

  I went to pick up my prescription from the location on East Charleston and there was a delay. It didn’t come in and they weren’t sure if it would come in before the upcoming holiday. The pharmacist working there today, Anthony saw that I was very concerned about starting this medication and he took the time to call around to other Savon pharmacies in the area and find one that had it in stock for me. I appreciate the extra time and effort he took to help me be able to start my medication.

  Went to Albertsons to get my booster vaccine and do some shopping everyone was nice, helpful and polite. Didn’t have to wait much to get my vaccine like in other places I had to wait 1 1/2 hours in an that was with an appt. Love Albertsons.

  I called in a prescription, and the Pharm tech told me I could pick it up within an hour. I drove 45 minutes out of my way, because all other Savons were out of my scrip. When I got there (4 hours after the tech said it would be ready), the pharmacist tells me they’re out of stock, & the computer made an error. Really?? Thanks a lot, KATHY.
