I feel an above and beyond level of care by the owners, teachers, and front desk staff. Let’s talk about the workout. This works! It’s deliciously hard. I did hot yoga for 20 years and it never resulted in being this fit or strong. I decided to try Barre because a shorter class with air conditioning sounded like a naughty treat. It is a naughty treat! I dare you to try it!
