  I can only speak about 1 person who was absolutely horrible. He lied and got mad when he got caught in his lie and dismissed me for some lenses that I needed for my glasses. The lady in the front desk was great so I have nothing to say about her but the guy named Estee was horrible. He tried to get me to buy other types of lenses and didn't even tell me about my regular copay and when I went back because I got the information he was already mad. He didn't want to get my lenses for my glasses. I will never ever come back to this Pearle vision again.

  In general Doctors and other employees can be a little more sensitive when they talk to the patients, honestly they didn't made me feel good.... I will finish what I have to do there and hopefully I don't have to comeback

  I’ve come to this location for my last couple eye exams and for the most part the customer service leaves much to be desired. There was only one nice person who helped me at checkout, hence an extra star. From start to finish, it seems like most of the people there hate what they’re doing. The assistant that performs my exams was rude up until the point where she tried to sell me contacts..she was suddenly bright and chipper when prices were on the screen. Well, newsflash. That’s why I made this appointment. So her poor selling skills did nothing for me. Then I had the displeasure of having Dr. Jones as an optometrist and she always walks into the room and doesn’t even care to look at her patients, is judgmental, and self centered. When it was time to checkout, the guy that helped me was very kind and respectful. When I had asked for a copy of my prescription, though (of course) Dr. Jones was lollygagging and nowhere to be found so I sat there waiting way longer than I should have. I get there are other patients, but her behavior combined with the wait was not helpful. I haven’t checked my patient portal but I’m hoping it’s there like promised before I left. I’ve never been to an optometrist office before this where the optometrist didn’t already give me a copy of everything before checkout. Not sure if it’s from pure laziness or disrespect towards me. I’ve also never walked out of an eye exam without a mini kit with contact lense solution and a case, I had to ask for one today and thankfully the guy at the front was able to give me one. Terrible back office staff, good front office staff. If my insurance had taken LensCrafters, I would have gone there instead. I can’t speak for other Pearle Vision locations but I will definitely not be returning to this location for my glasses purchase.

  Had a very bad expirience here . Everything that could go wrong went wrong . I scheduled an eye exam and specifically told the scheduler that I need an exam for contacts and contact prescription. I was quoted a price for that . After I came to my appointment they told me they don’t know who gave me the price over the phone and told me it will be much higher number . Since I already was there and needed new contacts I agreed . After appointment I went to order the contacts and the price was higher then the price they gave me just 30 min ago before the appointment . So they upped the price 3 times during the same appointment . The optometrist I saw told me she thinks I have a cataract and need to have additional testing . I ended up going to see ophthalmologist, medical doctor in the different office who was very surprised by this diagnosis and told me nothing is wrong with my eyes . Optometrist at pearl vision also insisted that I need a tester contacts before she will order me the ones I need , despite the fact that I told her I have been wearing the same brand of contacts for 20 years and showed her picture of the box to make sure . When the tester contacts arrived , and I came for the fitting , it was a completely different brand of contacts , and different number from what I needed as well . When I pointed out this fact to the optometrist she became very snappy and rude . And then she said she will reorder and sent me out to the lobby where I was quoted another even higher price for a different brand of contacts now ! At this point I just walked out and went to a different optometrist where I had to do another exam but it was fast , inexpensive and I got my new contacts in a couple of days without any problem . Go somewhere else for your prescriptions .
