  As a professional strongwoman and bodybuilder, 34 years of pushing my body has definitely caught up with my back and knees. Dr. Chris has me doing spinal decompression one of the few treatment modalities I hadn’t tried yet, and I’ve tried just about everything: PRP, surgery, massage therapy, dry needling, Graston, and more. I’ve only had four treatments so far, but I’ve already noticed fewer flare-ups, which has been a huge relief while I’m in the middle of contest prep. I’ll definitely be continuing treatment over the next several months before my fiancé and I start trying for a baby. Beyond the treatment itself, Dr. Chris’s bedside manner is unmatched. He’s knowledgeable, funny, down-to-earth, genuinely cares about his patients, and has worked with my budget, which I truly appreciate. If you’re dealing with back pain or injuries, I can’t recommend him enough.

  Dr. Chris is the best! I saw him yesterday because I was feeling kind of stiff and he made some great adjustments in my back and neck. Today, I woke up and feel rejuvenated and actually want to get off the couch! Lol I highly recommend seeing him because not only can he do manual adjustments, he has machines for a gentle stretch - which my husband uses due to his more extensive back issues. Conveniently located shopping center at the base of Anthem and just a few minutes from Green Valley. I call and tell him I’m on my way and he always fits me in. Thanks for everything Dr. Chris!

  This is an amazing place, got here on a Saturday as a walk in and they took care of me even though they had other patients wth appointments, they do have a decompression table so if you have a compress disc or anything related I strongly recommend coming here, I'm very happy I found this place
