- SHSilk HamAug 5, 20263.0Nice studio with 12 stations, great front desk staff, lots of classes daily. Very little can be done administratively to support individual members' needs. Unfortunately, the Instruction is becoming more and more restrictive under the Rizer ownership since 2025: less teaching of PIlates principals to build skills and more repetitive exercises on a machine. New instructors cannot teach or correct form, nor can they modify activities for different bodies' needs. Nothing about breathwork or connection of structures in the body. It doesn't help that approved playlists of modern pop run non-stop instead of with the flow of each class. A few great instructors remain but their classes are difficult to get into. Cleaning is a bit hit-or-miss as each participant cleans their work-out station after class. Notice how all the good reviews are more than 8 months old? At some point it's just an overpriced gym instead of Pilates Instruction .....

It's clean and we'll equipped for the various levels of instruction. 2 benches for changing footwear, cubbies for personal belongings up front. Staff is very friendly. Varied level classes are offered all 7 days of the week. The instructors are mostly great, although over the past year the quality of instruction has decreased significantly under corporate guidance and there are many "newbies" that are more fitness instructors than Pilates Teachers. The 11 cameras though are ridiculous!!
