  I'm only here for a short time because of work. Since I have a passport membership, I thought I'd take advantage and take classes while I'm here. The staff is wonderful and super friendly. The facilities are clean. But i think what I am enjoying the most is that the classes are fast paced, challenging, and when i am done I feel refreshed and definitely worked.

  This studio is in the Smiths/AAA parking lot and offers plenty free parking. Front desk staff is lovely (Regina, Emily) and it's clean but very little space at the entryway, which always creates a jam at end/start of class. With the new ownership all the great teachers that taught skills and cues better form are gone (Lydia, Jennifer M, Alecia) and we're now left with instructors that talk through exercises but know too little to help build skill and confidence. The new restrictions from owners on what can be taught at every level further restrict true progress or real Pilates movements (spinal rotation) If it wasn't for the convenient class times there are better options ....

  First time experiencing Pilates. For an intro class, I learned a lot in a short timeframe. The instructor was pretty cool too. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to reconnect with movement and strengthen the body in a safe environment
