- WRWendy RoundsJun 21, 20261.0Staff was great. Not a one and done. Traumatizing as you can feel every thing and continue to be told to go to your happy place during the procedure. It was so painful. I now have a surgical hernia to deal with also. I suggest going somewhere where you are put to sleep. Recovery is brutal! I 100% do not recommend. Super expensive for it not being a one and done like they kept reassuring me.

All of the nurses are very kind and willing to answer any questions you may have. -My biggest concern was working with a doctor that made me feel safe. That's exactly what I got with Dr. Mosharrafa. He was very kind, walked me through the process and made sure that I was comfortable every step of the way. I felt well taken care of with both Dr. Mosharrafa and my nurse Lauren. -The entire process was very smooth and straight forward. From filling out the online consultation form for my personalized quote, to communicating with my patient care consultant via phone call and text. Shirley was there to answer any questions I had and responded swiftly to my messages. For me, it was a plus that the location was nice and discrete with no obnoxiously large signs.
