- NKNicole KollerJul 7, 20262.0This was my first time in the store. I am very disappointed and do not recommend their services. I booked an appointment for my father who has Parkinson’s and dementia. We live in South Lake Tahoe and I drove down there for my appointment only to find out that they did not actually have an optometrist and they did not care to even call us. The appointment was made online and our phone numbers were provided. Common decency, call the person to cancel the appointment instead of having them drive an hour down there each way for an appointment that doesn’t even exist. I’m extremely disappointed with this place and will not recommend them to anyone.
