  IT's really sad when corporate doesn't take hostile workplaces seriously- the bullies get to stick around and the bullied almost inevitably get bullied out. The office staff can be absolutely horrendous. It seems like most people who work there have really big hearts, it's too bad the people that manage them do not. Also, if you're a man be prepared to face severe discrimination, it's a field dominated by women and it doesn't seem corporate cares too much about that either, and allows discrimination in the workplace.

  I worked for this company and my experience showed me that profits and numbers seem to matter far more than the people actually doing the work. For a company that brings in millions of dollars, it was disappointing to see how little support caregivers and administrative staff receive. The frontline workers are expected to carry heavy workloads while leadership focuses primarily on hitting financial targets like EBITDA. Raises are rarely considered “within budget,” yet expectations for staff continue to increase. Caregivers and office staff work extremely hard to support clients and keep operations running, but the recognition and compensation simply don’t reflect that effort. Leadership should remember that the people providing the care and handling the day-to-day operations are the backbone of the organization. Without them, those numbers wouldn’t exist. I hope the company eventually prioritizes supporting and valuing its employees the same way it prioritizes its financial performance.
