  I am the caregiver. The initial assessment visit was a joke. It was clear the nurse doing the assessment had no understanding of the clients medical history; including onset dementia. When the client stated they forget to take their medications, the nurse stated for me to put a big post-it note on the lamp on their nightstand. The individual performing the assessment had no interaction, conversation, or consulting with me, the primary caregiver. I could go on, however, you get the gist. It's not surprising to me that this organization has terrible reviews.

  Overall, the staff has been great. The only problem has been staff dropping in unannounced without notification. This is probably due to being a new patient and unexpected closure of former provider thus throwing added patients from former provider into the mix.

  Mark the manager there never does his job. And if you thought the receptionist were bad OH MAN THE MANAGER IS WORSE. He doesn’t DO PAYROLL RIGHT!!! Ridiculous and when you try to confront him about it. He leaves and doesn’t say a word. He is a child in a important place. What a joke of a place. I’m honestly afraid of the people this clinic has hired. Godbless the damage they have done.

  Wow, no return phone calls, nurse who was attending, did not know there was bad infection, what a mess this place is. PT was excellent but nurse and Jess, director, 👎
