- LELinda EsquibelJan 22, 20261.0My mom went in for a routine appt. The prescription was changed and the buzzing from the hearing aids was constantly. We went back a few days later and were told it was because they weren’t in correctly. She had had them for Four years with no problem and now she doesn’t know how to put them in!! I called a few days later, again, asking if we could go in and I was told the next appointment is Feb 9. Today is January 22!! When I told Melissa Garcia, the office manager I felt that the new lady , Allison, had done something wrong because we had never had this problem she became angry and hung up on me. Absolutely terrible service.
