This is probably the fifth or sixth time where it’s happened that I received a text from the pharmacy hours ago notifying me that my medicine is refilled and ready for pick up only to go to the pharmacy and discover that my prescription has not actually been filled and that I’ll have to wait at least another 20-30 minutes for it to be filled. I understand that mistakes happen but this is becoming a pattern that is incredibly inconvenient and frustrating and detrimental. Since my medicine is a controlled substance I’m not allowed to pick up too early which means I’m often down to the last of my medication when I come to pick it up. I shouldn’t have to ration medicine that enables me to function purely because I’m never sure if I’m going to actually get my medicine the day I go to get it. Please, when a text is sent, please have someone double check that the prescription in question has truly been filled and is ready and waiting for pick up. I already have to deal with a condition that forces me to pay for and take pills every single day for the rest of my life - I really don’t want the pick-up process to be an entire ordeal as well. I like Market Street: the people are kind, it’s usually a quick wait, and it’s just a nice environment, it’s why I switched to this pharmacy, but I’m just really tired of this happening.
Edit: thank you for the understanding response, I do genuinely appreciate everything you guys do.

I’ve been here a couple times and both times the staff were helpful and professional. The pharmacist took the time to thoroughly explain a new medicine to me. The wait can be long —try not to go when grocery stores are typically the busiest — but the staff are kind and professional—just what you need when you’re not feeling well.

One usually has to stand in line for a very long time!

Extremely understaffed, for 4+ years now. 10-20 minute waits are common. In addition their level of communication regarding pending orders is non existent. No notification that a prescription is ready OR that a prescription not yet picked up had been made null and void. There are other options in town. They've lost my business permanently.

Love the Pharmacy Staff they’re all great! Although it can be a very busy location they are always available for us. We transferred from Walgreens and it was the best decision we made! Thank you Robert, Tracy and your wonderful team for always helping me and my family with our needs.
