Above and beyond excellent customer service. She helped me pick the frames for regular, and sunglasses. She didn't just agree with me as I tried on several pairs, we agreed together which ones we liked the best!! She made the process fun!! She also implemented and utilized every discount and promo that she could!! I picked up both pairs today, they were perfectly done and my prescription is complicated. Raquel is the manager who helped me today, and again, excellent service!! 💯🙌🥰 Highly recommend Lens Crafters in Santa Fe!! 🤗
