I've been shopping at the 3001 S.St.francis Albertson's for years, and had excellent service from all staff.... except when I have to deal with the Rx Manager 'Carolyn'. When she is on the floor, the line backs up and everybody is pissed off be she is slow, rude, and can't seem to place a re-fill correctly without complaining about the system or questioning insurance coverage even when handed a current card. I hate to give the whole Pharmacy a bad review, but Carolyn is bringing that place to its knees.
- CDCoury DornJan 10, 20241.0This has to be the slowest, most incompetent pharmacy in all of New Mexico. It’s like pulling teeth to get anything accomplished here. They don’t let you know when you’re out of refills, they’ll refill the wrong prescription, they’ll refill the same thing twice two business days in a row, they’ll receive and confirm a refill from your doctor then tell you there’s nothing on their files for you, they’ll stand around talking about personal business while you languish in line for 30-45 minutes, they’ll talk to you like as if you were a child, and no one ever knows how to run the register. I’m never coming back here, ever. Literally go anywhere else but here.
