  I have worked for this company for almost a year now, and I cannot believe how unprofessional they are. They do not care to hear what their employees have to say, even when you are telling the truth. They also do not seem to care about what the client wants, even though the care should be about the client, not the company. Don’t waste your breath fighting for what is right because it seems to go in one ear and out the other. Every time I talk to someone who has worked for Ambercare, they warn me about this company. If you work for this company, make sure you keep records of everything for your own protection. Document conversations, save messages, and remember the names of the people you speak with in case you ever need to report an issue.

  Left one star because that's the lowest I could. These people have care in their names but they don't. Good luck getting them to communicate and schedule with you. I'm living in filth and haven't showered in a month thanks to them. They know too. I've called reg. I've called crying. I've called yelling. They absolutely do not care about me. I don't think it's just me either. I think this how they do.

  This home care agency is the best in roswell. The staff is great and go over and beyond to help you. I highly recommend this agency.

  The staff is here is amazing!! They are always caring and add that personal touch. I feel satisfaction knowing my Mom has the best homecare agency.
