When we arrived for appointment they said the total amount would need to be paid for services. We were told that a refund would be done after insurance paid and it never happened. Since then the Dentist retired and all new staff and still NO REFUND! Just nothing but a run around. Will never go back there.

My first visit I met the new dentist and staff and they’re great! Had a crown done and set yesterday and it was perfect right when it was put on; there was no fitting required and biting on the paper part with their laser measuring and the CNC machines that make the cap- Everyone is really competent and it shows Oh, yeah- the protocol the doctor used to numb my jaw- in steps- before drilling- made the entire process virtually pain free I live across town on the foothills but will continue to see this practice and dentists 100% Satisfied

If I had to comment on something it would be: the beautiful young man who polished my teeth could be a little more gentle and less aggressive. He did a good job though. He is to be praised for going to school and getting a good job!
