- JJJNAOct 27, 20262.0This pharmacy now has the longest wait times. I had been using this pharmacy for years and had always received great service. That is no longer the case. Although the staff seem very friendly and knowledgeable, there is never have more than one person at the register regardless of how many people are waiting in line. Plan on a minimum of 30 minutes just waiting in line, or better yet, use a different pharmacy, as I now do.

I feel bad about putting my current plan out of business; I likely have the record for prescription medications, and decades of experience. So, it is a joy to have a great retail pharmacy. Chief Pharmacist at Albertsons Market Pharmacy in Los Lunas, April Miller, has assembled a fine team. Teams were at the core of my doctoral dissertation; I harbor a greater appreciation than most. - RCRayann CookeAug 17, 20261.0I sent my daughter to pick up my prescriptions on a Saturday. They close at 5pm. My daughter was in line at least 5 minutes prior to closing. Right at 5pm, they closed their window, leaving her and another lady in line. When I addressed the importance of my meds to the manager, she said "we close promptly at 5". No apology and again said they close promptly at 5. I transferred my meds the minute I found out. The techs are grea but the manager April is so unprofessional and just didn't care. Get your meds somewhere else folks.

Dont know who the manager is but this needs to stop. Phillip is a excellent worker who always does his job and puts smiles on customers faces.
