- JSJoe SlowikJan 18, 20245.0[REVISED] After some additional communication with the office, I was very pleased with how the Children's Clinic staff handled a potential billing issue including discussion over the phone and running down some items on their end without asking me to do research on my own. Between the staff and the practitioners, I recommend this provider.

- CDChris DAug 2, 20222.0On the whole, the health care is average. They have some good pediatricians and some that are maybe less good. Unfortunately that is the end of the positive news. The rest of the children's clinic is down right miserable. The facility is dilapidated, the noncare oriented staff are curt to rude, and their hours are terrible. They're often closed when they are listed as open. Try calling at 4:30 pm on a Monday. Furthermore, appointments are not exactly followed. If you're just on time or five minutes late, it's an issue. But if they run 30 minutes late seeing your kiddo, deal with it. More than once my son and I have been left alone in a room, forgotten. I've learned that after 30 minutes of waiting, you need to go find someone, don't keep waiting. Honestly, they would not stay in business in any other town in the country. But, they are the only offering in Los Alamos...
