  There were two of us who needed glasses and the girl assisting us was super patient and helpful. She made sure she checked for the best deals and explained everything. She was professional and knowledgeable in all aspects.

  My first pair of bifocal glasses. I am so impressed with the care I was given by staff. The fit is fabulous, the style is great. Big selection.

  Wait times are the worst. Makes no so sense that it takes 30 minutes for someone to hand me my glasses. Wish I could give 0 stars!

  These people are crooks! Bought frames with lenses after getting my eye’s checked at the place next door. Picked out frames I liked and paid for them to be manufactured onsite. Went home nad a couple hours later received a text stating my glasses were ready for pickup followed by another text that said we had an issue and the frames broke so I needed to come back in and find another frame. Went in, looked around and found nothing I liked with the only pair acceptable was the pair they broke during manufacturing so I asked for a refund so I could go elsewhere and shop for my new glasses. Was told the only person that could do that was Vianey (the store Manger) and she was not available. Called three times to talk to Vianey and finally got her on the phone, she stated I needed to pick out another frame. I told her there were no frames I liked and wanted a full refund since Eyemart broke the glasses frame in manufacturing. After arguing for a while Vianey finally agreed to issue a full refund and said it would take the standard 3-5 days to process. That never happened and I ended up reversing the charges through my credit card company. The credit card company allows 2 months for a vendor to respond and Vianey took all that time minus a couple days to reply and release the refund. Do not use Eyemart, they try to keep all refunds and make it very difficult trying to get a refund
