  The staff is very rude and pushy. I thought it was just me but then I seen somewhere ask questions about his elderly father and the receptionist answered back very sharply that she told his dad they would call him when they had the information. So sad how the office staff have changed. Very likely I won’t be back or my children.

  Venus was the one who had helped me and talked about how much the total is and what modifications would I like to do with my glasses she was patient with us and did an amazing job for helping and talking to us she is nice

  My experience was mixed. The customer service was quite slow, and the office was busy with only about 12 seats available in the lobby. During my visit, the waiting area became crowded, and some customers were asked if they wanted to come back later due to the number of people waiting. There were approximately four employees assisting customers, but several additional service desks appeared to be unused. This contributed to longer wait times than I would have expected given the customer volume. One area that could also be improved is customer comfort while waiting. There was no customer restroom available, which can be challenging when wait times are extended. That said, once my order was completed, the frames came out very quickly, which I appreciated. The final product was ready faster than expected, and that part of the experience was smooth. With some improvements to wait times and customer accommodations, this would be a much better experience overall.

  Joelyn was so incredibly patient with me; She literally spent hours with me in order to make sure that I was getting exactly what I wanted! This woman went above and beyond and deserves a raise! Thank you very much! I will be recommending this place to family and friends.
