  Horrible customer service came in at 9am and didn’t leave 11 AM. Lady who helped so rude her name is Vianey. Standing in the back with the techs for 15 minutes And they wanted to rush me with what I needed because she had the room full of people waiting. Didn’t bother to ask what all I needed help with, then tried to say I didn’t need to be rude. Horrible service every time I come here!

  Took them a whole hour to call me Ive been waiting a waiting 2 people already walked out and the lady at the front desk seems to be in a bad mood like chill it’s only Tuesday

  Very efficient, friendly and helpful. I hoped to get one day glasses but because of additions to the lens they had to send them out but I don’t fault the people at the store. They had a great selection of glssses—many more than most places. Will certainly use them again.
