  Billing practices are abhorrent. We were billed twice for both installation and monthly fee at sign up in July. Ecg notified us of the overcharge. After several calls back we requested a refund for the activation fee and a credit for the monthly fee. Neither happened. We were in fact told it could take up yo 90 days for them to investigate an overcharge they acknowledged. After reaching out to the vendor of the product we received a call back and a refund. We then received a collection letter for 50 dollars with a notation of 57 days past due. This is a company that services and bills the elderly population. Thankfully we were able to do yhe proper followup. I'm sure many are unaware. If you use this company make sure you are checking how you are being charged for the service.

  O.M.G. I saved a life today with my Electronic Caregiver at Starbucks while ordering coffee! I look down at my wallet to get my money out and I heard a loud Thud sound...the Starbucks girl behind the counter passed out, eyes rolling back in her head, convulsing and foaming at the mouth. I pushed the button on my Electronic Caregiver and the operator sent out for Emergency Services and stayed on the line until the Fire Department Paramedics showed up to give the girl Emergency Services!! I'm so grateful for Electronic Caregiver and our Amazing Live Saving Services !! Turns out that the girl has epilepsy and the Starbucks manager and employees didn't know what to do. They thanked me for using my Electronic Caregiver to call for help!

  Company does not care about it's employees or investors. It's a scam full of buzzwords that will never get off the ground. Invest your money elsewhere.
