  The device sent to my grandparents costs them $30 a month, the blood pressure machine and the glucose monitor give more error messages than accurate results, the devices don't connect right and customer service has been no help. I want to know how much money this company is spending to get medical professionals to scam old people Edit: I attempted to email the address on the contact is page from the website and outside email addresses cannot send them emails. They dont even want you contacting them about your problems with the device

  I have used my ECG Premier, personal emergency response, twice for two very serious falls. The response was quick & handled professionally. EMS arrived in a timely manner. My Premier is my security blanket. I also use Addison Care which reminds me of my meds & records my vitals which is very important as I have severe lung disease. Customer service is very friendly & helpful

  I am a customer of ECG. I had to use PocketMD over the weekend and I received a call back from a doctor within a minute. I was very pleased with the response time and the information that I was given from the physician. I was able to proceed with my medical needs with ease after speaking with the physician and my family's concerns were put to rest. Thank you ECG for protecting me!
