  I had a great initial consultation with Mike Tharp. We discussed some personal family health issues, and Mike was incredibly empathetic and easy to talk to. He truly understands the challenges of aging in place and offers high-tech solutions through Electronic Caregiver that provide real peace of mind.   The device sent to my grandparents costs them $30 a month, the blood pressure machine and the glucose monitor give more error messages than accurate results, the devices don't connect right and customer service has been no help. I want to know how much money this company is spending to get medical professionals to scam old people Edit: I attempted to email the address on the contact is page from the website and outside email addresses cannot send them emails. They dont even want you contacting them about your problems with the device

  Dot Boyd is the greatest she helped us set up a safety plan for my dad ,with electronic caregiver my dad gets help instantly when needed and it gives me peace of mind which is so comforting he fell yesterday and had help within minutes Dot is the best at customer service she always gets right back to me when I call or text her anytime I text her I hear back from her within minutes thank you Dot and electronic caregiver for always helping dad and giving me peace of mind when I’m not either him

  Poor management. Their only business end goal is to sell their company(/problems); they tell their workers this. They over promise and love buzzwords. For a "health company", they still had a lot of workers go into work during covid19 when they could've worked from home, and much of the elder management didn't bother to wear masks when going in. Shows how focused on health they really are. Edit, ~because truth matters~: The owner replied complaining about my food critique of my waffles - which 1. was valid, 2. is only part of the review, and 3. is only negative if you consider 3 stars bad. They also failed to realize that 431 of 500 points is the amount of points I need to become a level 5 reviewer.
