Each time I have gone, they treat me with kindness and respect. When I’m confused about a medication or price, they patiently answer my questions until I understand. When my Dad was ill and passed away in San Diego, they transferred my scripts to a conveniently located Sav-on. Thank you to all of the staff!

Instead of being helped the pharmacist along with all of her techs just stared at my daughter and I and whispered. I don’t know is they assumed we were trying to steal but it would have been nice to be able to ask an approachable pharmacy employee for help. Part of customer service is being friendly, asking customers if they need help and providing a warm smile when someone looks at you. Very displeased.
