- JMJoshua MerrimanAug 11, 20262.0Everyone is really nice here, I’ll update this review if I can get any serious resolution with my issue. I originally donated here 20 years ago when it was BPL. I gave my new information including new address and phone number but apparently they never fully updated their system. If I recall I had to go about a year ago to update my phone number/address so I could access the app originally. But they never sent the new information over to Fintwist, the company they bank with. Fintwist wants an old address and phone number from when I was 18 and I honestly don’t remember what either of them would have been on file at that time. The problem is, I have called for 3 days now attempting to talk to anyone at this location, I found out the phone finally goes to voicemail after 3 minutes. I tried calling Gallup, NM and same thing, no answer, Lubbock, Texas, Fort Worth, all no answer. Finally I called Grand Junction Location and I got answered within 1 ring. The lady was super nice but was not able to help me due to being in a different state so not showing in her system. I’m grateful somebody actually answered the phone. I get that you guys are understaffed but you need to at least make it go to voicemail after 30 seconds or a minute and not just ring for 3 minutes and never get an answer.
