  Keisha and Elliot were terrific! We went in late Wednesday evening. They took care of us with smiles and good humor even though we were there close to closing. They went out of their way to get us through the process and even stayed late to get my prescription filled. I also have to give a shout out to the lab for that! I recommend asking for them personally, they were great! Thank you Keisha and Elliot! My glasses are great! And you guys rock!

  The glasses we received were amazing. I would just have to say that the customer experience with our technician, or whatever you call their associates, was a little less than professional. I have to say she was exceptionally good and patient with my wife, but a lot less patient with me and a little short with us, I think because she was not able to sell us up. For the price after insurance was a little too high for the product. Although we were able to get our glasses in less than 30 minutes after we ordered them. This is why I gave 4 stars.

  We really enjoyed the customer service. Anthony was super nice and helpful! He helped us and we were in and out of there in great timing. My daughter loves both sets of frames she picked!

  Staff here are friendly and courteous. The lady who helped me was nice enough to find all black frames for me when at the time there was only blue available. That’s old school customer service, something you don’t encounter much these days. These glasses make me look shexy!
