  Frames are discontinued after buying and getting insurance that I can't even use. They call back saying now they are frame for my glass after telling me they couldn't do anything.

  Anthony G was the best at helping out, I have been getting my glasses from here whenever I need a new pair of glasses or sun glasses…but as always I will be coming back again for sure

  We went to Eye Mart because they accepted our insurance. Basically they have a great selection of glasses at competitive prices. I started with an eye exam… the staff are very nice; however, the optometrist really didn’t seem to care and had terrible “ bed side manners”, I get a much better response from my dogs. I took my prescription next door to the selection of glasses and picked out a pair of Earnest Himmingway’ frames, took them to a technician to be fitted. Surprisingly, in about 4 days my new glasses arrived. I took them home, without being fitted snd realized I couldn’t read my music tablet. The next morning, I returned to Eye Mart. This time I spoke with a different technician that actually did quite well, was professional. He realized that I was measured wrong and measured me correctly. Less than a week later, my new glasses were in. Again, I couldn’t read… the tech determined that it had to be the fault of the optometrist. Second eye test… again not a friendly optometrist ( actually the same one). Returned to the showroom with the revised prescription. Less than a week later I returned to receive my new glasses. So… left eye crystal clear right eye blurry. With my old glasses I can see very clearly, except slight double vision in my right eye. Eye Mart cannot seem to get it right. They cannot even fit the incorrect glasses to my face. So… if you need glasses, my suggestion to you is to find someplace that actually knows what the hell they’re doing. I really think they need to reimburse me for all my financial outs. I definitely will never do business with them again. By the way, Anthony was the only person there that was worth his weight.

  I've been here a few times for different eyeglass needs and worked with different staff. The wait times are usually insane, even for small things like getting frames adjusted which usually only takes a few minutes. Staff is generally friendly and helpful, especially when you're going to buy from them. On the other hand, whenever I've called I've gotten terrible customer services and short, curt responses. I called today to ask for an insurance check and the girl rudely said that they don't do insurance checks over the phone (even when the website says to call and ask) and that I'd have to come in person. Before I could even respond she hung up the phone. Not a fan.
