  First impressions of the place, it was nice. Unfortunately they seem to be do some suspicious activities. They recently reach out to my mother whom I haven't lived with in over 9 year (I'm an adult) and told her that I had a outstanding balance, instead of contacting me with the phone number I provided when I completed the intake paperwork. Unfortunately the balance was from a missed appointment, I didn't schedule another appointment with then nor did I even receive any type of reminder for the appointment I didn't make. They refused to fix the issue that they created. Makes me think of how many Unfortunately elderly people that might be unaware of them being dubious and changing them. I definitely will not be doing business here again.

  I had an excellent experience with Dr. Johnson. After years of difficulty finding contact lenses that work well for daily wear, she recommended a pair that fits comfortably and performs reliably. Dr. Johnson was patient, thorough, and kind, and she showed genuine concern for my eye health. The staff were friendly as well with a spotless and comfortable environment. I will definitely be returning in the future!

  ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The Vision Store is such a great place! I had the absolute best experience here from start to finish. Everyone was incredibly helpful, welcoming, and provided exceptional customer service. From the moment I walked through the door, to my checkup, my visit with the doctor, and finally the optical department, every part of my experience was exceptional. I truly felt welcomed and well taken care of throughout my entire visit. I was so impressed that I will definitely be bringing my daughter here for her eye care as well. I highly recommend The Vision Store to anyone looking for an eye doctor and a team that genuinely cares about their patients. Thank you for such a wonderful experience!

  I was referred to the Vision Store by my daughter. I can honestly say it was an awesome experience. From the minute you walk in to the moment you leave you experience kindness, you feel heard, and assured. To all that assisted me on my visit I thank you!! I highly recommend to anyone

  The doctors were kind but they all just seem like they want to bill you the most they can. I’ve been wearing contacts for 18 years and they charged me for a level 4 fitting which amounted to $110 just for the fitting. When I called and asked they said their practice only does level 4 fittings. (Which normally level 4 would be for a more complicated case. I liked the contact brand I got and everything fit fine the first time around) Then upon leaving they charged me for 4 contact boxes and which I didn’t ask for nor did I receive. Nobody mentioned to me ahead of time about charging me for contacts preemptively. I called to ask about the charge and they said they billed me ahead of time because if everything works out with the contacts they will order them. I asked them to refund that until I actually get my prescription and they did. I still didn’t have my prescription in hand because they make you come back for a follow up. I think a follow up for a contact user of many many years is unnecessary and a waste of time. I just think the billing was very sneaky and just trying to bill you as much as they can. I came here due to the good reviews but don’t intend on coming back next year.
