  Front desk lacks the accountability of making it right for the customer. Had an appointment but they claimed I never did. But I had proof and still wouldn't see me.🤷🏽‍♀️ I decided to go to LensCrafters.

  Very friendly and helpful staff. Repeat customer for 6 years. Dr Casaus is very attentive and staff are always competent. Highly recommend.

  Very,clean orderly business. The only hard thing was seeing the building. It is hard to spot from the street,but very convenient and easy in the area. Would have liked to know more about the upcharge decisions that I had to make beforehand so I could have made a more informed decision about the need for the additional expense. Insurance coverage is supposed to take care of the exam but it's not clear what or why the extra tests are necessary or if there is a real reason for them other than paying for fancy equipment that supposedly shows something through pictures that the old way didn't. The extra $90.00 feels like taking advantage to push new and supposedly improved tests and machines off on clients who don't know if that is true or not. Some of us can afford the charge some can't. Does that cause harm ? Also please tell the very sweet and kind Young ladies that speaking in a high pitched little girl voice should only be used to talk to very small children or animals . It's not necessary to speak to elderly in that condescending false voice. We are adults and just being kind and helpful is good enough.

  From making the appointment to the exam and picking out glasses the Vision Store was top notch! Thank goodness you all take our insurance and are so close! Thanks and super excited!!!

  I’ve been looking for an eye care space where I didn’t feel like a number and where the optometrists took the time to help me choose contacts and glasses that not only fit, but also answered my questions about available options. I was in the waiting room of another local optometrist, who kept me waiting for 75 minutes, when my sister texted and suggested I try The Vision Store in Bernalillo. I called while I was still in that waiting room, and they offered to see me the next day. When I arrived, they greeted me by name and gave me a short tour of their office, showing me their modern, state of the art equipment.They then took me to a room where they had a small welcome gift bag waiting and offered me a snack and cold water while I filled out paperwork. My appointment started just a few minutes later, and both the techs and the doctor took their time to make sure my dry, red eyes were treated and that I felt comfortable with every step of the process. It was by far the best eye care experience I’ve ever had, and I’m thankful that my sister suggested I make the switch. I highly recommend them if you’re looking for a more personalized, welcoming experience, especially if you’ve been frustrated with long wait times or rushed appointments.
