- JHJane Hobson1 day ago5.0I came in for an eye exam and for help with a difficult problem that was causing me a great deal of stress. I was Immediately struck by the relaxed atmosphere of the store and by the very welcoming reception staff, who handled the all the pre-exam matters easily and efficiently. When I met the doctor, she had been briefed, but she listened with attention to everything I needed to explain about the problem I was asking her to solve for me. She didn't judge, she just started to figure the best way to get done what I needed. She didn't rush me; she was thorough with the exam she gave me. By the end of the exam, she had made a plan that gave me a path forward, and then she made arrangements to make it happen. Needless to say, she did wonders for the considerable anxiety I came in with. The whole experience was low stress and very productive. I feel so fortunate to have found just what I needed, just when I needed it most. I recommend the doctor, the staff and the store to everyone, and you can all thank me later.

Claimed it was a “glitch” in the system and refused to help despite me receiving messages confirming my appointment at the scheduled time. Total disrespect of my time, get your eyes checked somewhere else. Warby Parker claims to have evolved to offer optometry services but really they are still only a retailer. What it sounds like to me is that the people that worked there butted me out to get one of their friends an appointment. I say this because I’ve never experienced more apathetic blank stares in my life, you could feel their inner disgust fill the room. Not a single sorry was voiced for THEIR mistake.
