She scheduled an appointment for me with the incorrect time, had me drive down from Santa Fe and then doubled down on her mistake as if it was my fault. My wife was with me so we both heard the time she stated and instead of being kind and apologizing she just went into blame mode. I cancelled my glasses and will find an eye doctor somewhere else. She soured my experience and that’s all it takes when there are other options. She needs to be spoken to about the way she treats customers.
