Going to the Good Feet Store was a good decision. I had been considering it for quite some time and finally decided to do it.
My guide Adrian was very professional, thorough, courteous, and willing to answer my questions and go over anything a second time if necessary. It surprised me how quickly I felt improvement in my feet as I took my first steps with the new inserts at the store. The inserts also felt great during my morning workout the following day, and continue to feel great at home and out and about. I am very pleased with my experience at The Good Feet Store.

If you have severe foot issues, please see a foot doctor. I bought the $500+ pairs of orthotics here months ago. I continued to have ankle pain. I saw my foot doctor and he stated the flexible pair they gave did not support my feet enough and was affecting my ankles. I now have to hash out another $400 for custom orthotics. I regret not getting customs from my doctor first. ),: Please see a doctor first before spending so much money here.

I was torn on whether this was a three star or a four star review. I gave the benefit of the doubt and gave it four stars. I walked into the store on 6/15/2026 looking for a replacement pair of orthotics. I purchased a pair from them like 20+ years ago, and I've lost them to our storage unit. There were two employees and both were assisting customers. They told me they would be with me soon. I probably waited 20 minutes before I was assisted. I would highly recommend an appointment. Trey had me step on their digital equipment to get some readings of my foot and how I step. He grabbed some Brooks shoes in my size and he had me try each of the three inserts on. I told him I didn't have foot pain, but I was beginning to experience knee pain. I told him I was only interested in the replacement pair I lost, which was the strengther support. The store got really busy around this time, so we made our purchase of the support and insert for $618.84 and I left. Trey was kind and professional.
Once I put in the orthotic, I remembered why I put them away many years ago. They are quite aggressive of a fit in the arch area. I also remembered there was a break in period for them. I wore them a few hours the first 4-5 days. Then I wore than longer, and longer. There were a few nights on the first week that my feet felt really sore and fatigued. After a few weeks of the break in, my foot is now accustomed to them and the arch does not feel nearly as drastic as it once did. I wear them in my tennis shoes everyday now hoping that it helps my knees. I cannot say that I feel a difference yet, but in my head I hope it is helping.
Frequently Asked Questions About The Good Feet Store
How are our arch supports different from inserts and insoles I can buy online or in drug stores?
Good Feet Arch Supports are designed to provide the firm, yet flexible function necessary to help correct poor foot biomechanics, providing long term pain-relief solutions.
I buy good shoes, but my feet still hurt. Can arch supports help me?
Absolutely. It’s common for people to think that their shoes are the problem, when in reality it’s often the foot that’s going into the shoes that’s the real source of discomfort. By stabilizing the foot with a good arch support, the pain and discomfort caused by common foot and foot-related problems can often be minimized or alleviated.
Will I be able to take my arch supports home the same day I purchase them?
Yes, for ages 6+. Your local Good Feet Store stocks a full inventory of arch supports. Once you’ve been fitted and have found the supports that work the best for you, you’ll be able to wear your new arch supports home.
How do I get my free fitting?
It’s simple. Just stop by your local Good Feet Store. No appointment is necessary, but if you prefer, you can schedule an appointment at the store near you.
Can I use my HSA or FSA funds to purchase arch supports?
Yes, you can use your HSA or FSA to purchase our arch supports. Arch supports, shoe inserts, insoles, or orthotics are eligible for reimbursement with a flexible spending account (FSA), health savings account (HSA), or a health reimbursement arrangement
(HRA). However, arch support reimbursement is not eligible with a limited-purpose flexible spending account (LPFSA) or a dependent care flexible spending account
(DCFSA). Arch Support Inserts are eligible for reimbursement with an FSA or HSA as they are devices placed into your shoes to support the arch of your foot to reduce discomfort. Important Reminder: FSAs, HSAs, and other listed account types may differ. Be sure to check with your administrator before making a purchase.
How do Good Feet Arch Supports differ from typical inserts or insoles available online or in drug stores?
Good Feet Arch Supports are specifically designed to provide firm yet flexible support to correct poor foot biomechanics, offering long-term pain relief unlike generic inserts.
Can arch supports help if I already wear good shoes but still experience foot pain?
Yes, often foot pain is due to the foot's condition rather than the shoes. Stabilizing the foot with arch supports can minimize or alleviate discomfort from common foot-related problems.
Will I be able to take my arch supports home on the same day I purchase them?
Yes, for customers aged 6 and older, you can be fitted and take your arch supports home the same day as the store stocks full inventory.

Simply visit the store at 2201 Louisiana Blvd NE, Ste C in Albuquerque. Walk-ins are welcome, or you can schedule an appointment online if you prefer.
