- PSPaula SteeleJul 1, 20265.0To think I almost didn't keep this appointment! It would have been a big mistake. Dr. Chess and his staff are very welcoming and friendly. The office space is calming and peaceful. He's taken a lot of care into making the space comfortable for staff and clients. But most important, is that Dr. Chess takes time to be with you; to explain; to ask what it is you need help with, and then to ask again..."And what else?" I've never felt so much like a person with a doctor. More, he helped me with my problem as two other podiatrists couldn't or wouldn't. I felt truly cared for and grateful to find relief. Do not hesitate to make an appointment here if you are in need of a podiatrist.

Each time, I was told that someone would get back to me, but no one ever has. I even had my insurance company call the office, but they received no answer. There is no email address to address issues.

Chess deeply listened to your concerns about what’s going on AND he genuinely wants to know about you too and how you’re doing. I’ve never felt rushed or judged here. Also, if you are a bigger person their tables are sturdy, and the lobby chairs fit larger sized people :)
