  Not only did they professionally rip out my ingrown, but they ended up having professionally rip out the other side about a month later. The people that work here are always professional and friendly. I know it's a little weird, but the let me keep the nails when they took them out. Professionally. 👍 10/10 I would definitely recommend these hardworking professionals. 😁

  To think I almost didn't keep this appointment! It would have been a big mistake. Dr. Chess and his staff are very welcoming and friendly. The office space is calming and peaceful. He's taken a lot of care into making the space comfortable for staff and clients. But most important, is that Dr. Chess takes time to be with you; to explain; to ask what it is you need help with, and then to ask again..."And what else?" I've never felt so much like a person with a doctor. More, he helped me with my problem as two other podiatrists couldn't or wouldn't. I felt truly cared for and grateful to find relief. Do not hesitate to make an appointment here if you are in need of a podiatrist.

  I believe I was double-charged for a procedure, and I've called the office and their billing department multiple times. Each time, I was told that someone would get back to me, but no one ever has. I even had my insurance company call the office, but they received no answer. There is no email address to address issues.

  Dr chess and his staff are always so nice and caring they make you feel like family while proving the services your needing I’ve been coming for years and intend to for my needs. One of the best doctors and staff to have.
