He did excellent in making sure I understood what was going to happen and what I needed to do for him to help me bet the best stretch possible. I honestly think this is a great idea especially if you can't get the stretch in you need. I also had a recent family emergency that had me leave NM. The customer service was incredible working with me and refunding me since I could no longer make that appointment. I would definitely 10/10 recommend!!!
