StretchLab was created to help increase flexibility, range of motion and energy in people no matter what their age, body type or fitness level! StretchLab Winrock offers one on one assisted stretching in a fun, open and communal environment. Our one on one stretches can be 25 or 50 minutes long and we offer monthly memberships. All of our Flexologists are highly trained and create a custom stretch routine for each member. Our assisted stretches offer a unique way for our members to reach their flexibility goals.

He did excellent in making sure I understood what was going to happen and what I needed to do for him to help me bet the best stretch possible. I honestly think this is a great idea especially if you can't get the stretch in you need. I also had a recent family emergency that had me leave NM. The customer service was incredible working with me and refunding me since I could no longer make that appointment. I would definitely 10/10 recommend!!!
